As a Tanzanian-based organization, we offer high-quality programs at lower costs compared to international agencies. Below is a breakdown of our program fees, what’s included, and our cancellation policy.

Application Fee – $200 (One-Time Payment)

A one-time application fee of $200 is required within two weeks of receiving your official confirmation. This fee covers:
Pre-departure guidance
Airport pick-up
Administrative processing

Once payment is received, your volunteer placement is confirmed, and we begin preparing for your arrival.

Program Fees (Per Week)

Volunteer House – Dormitory ($175 per week)

The most budget-friendly & social option
Shared rooms with 4-8 volunteers (2-4 bunk beds)
Female-only dorms available upon request

Volunteer House – Twin/Double Room ($210 per week)

Suitable for friends or couples
Private twin or double room
Limited availability (Apply at least 6 months in advance)

Volunteer House – Single Room ($245 per week)

Ideal for volunteers who prefer privacy
Private single room for a comfortable stay
Limited spots (Early application recommended)

Host Family Stay ($210 per week)

Live with a local Tanzanian family

Cancellation Policy

Deposit ($200) is non-refundable as it secures your accommodation and volunteer placement.
Weekly payments (due 2 months before arrival):

• Cancel before 2 months → 50% refund
• Cancel within 2 months or after arrival → No refund
